R.S. Institute of Higher Education, Patna is looking for qualified and experienced Faculty members for our PGDM and BBA programmes. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, preparing course materials, and supporting academic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective classroom lectures.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
Guide and mentor students in their academic development.
Conduct examinations, evaluations, and maintain academic records.
Participate in seminars, workshops, presentations, and other academic activities.
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities.
Maintain a positive and qualified learning environment.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
PGDM/MBA or relevant Postgraduate degree for PGDM Faculty.
MBA/M.Com/Master’s degree in a relevant subject for B
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
