Position: Peoplesoft Technical Lead - Human Capital Management (HCM )

Responsibilities:
Looking for a Technical Lead candidate who will be working with PeopleSoft Partner to manage Human Capital applications
About 7+ years of extensive experience with PeopleSoft applications having technical development on
PeopleTools, writing Peoplecode, SQL, Application Engine programs, and Data-Mover scripts, Application packages, Component Interfaces Integration Broker, nvision, BI Publisher

Worked on Integrations with 3rd party applications ( APIs, SFTP )
Upgrade and Implementation experience

Application version 9.2 and Tools version 8.6 ( Fluid ) and above is added advantage
Fairly valuable understanding of core business functions in Human Capital Management ( HCM ) includes Core HR , Recruiting , Performance Management, Perks, Payroll
Any self service modules redesigned using fluid functionality ( responsive design ) adaptive to any device
Excellent Communication and Verbal Skills
Build confidence and trust with internal function teams and Partner

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per month
