nWhat the role involves

Designing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplaces
n
Creating multiple variations for testing, not just one final design
n
Building offer-led creatives (discounts, bundles, urgency-based communication)
n
Designing website banners, landing sections, and sale assets
n
Supporting execution during sale periods with quick turnaround times
n
Working closely with marketing and developers to ensure things go live smoothly
n

Fast turnaround is expected — most work is same-day or short TAT
n
We focus heavily on testing and iteration
n
Priorities can shift quickly, especially during sale cycles
n
AI tools are used actively to speed up output (Midjourney,



DALL·E, Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

nWhat we’re looking for

Strong hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
n
Prior experience working with D2C or ecommerce brands
n
Someone who can deliver quickly without getting stuck on perfection
n
Understanding of what works in performance marketing creatives
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure setup
n

nGood to have

1- 2 yrs work experience
n
Basic understanding of Shopify layouts (banners, sections, etc.)
n
Experience with video creatives or reels
n
Familiarity with A/B testing
n
Basic understanding of consumer behavior in ads
