Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular basketball coaching and practice sessions for students aged 18+ years.
Train students in fundamental skills, techniques, rules, and game strategies.
Develop individual and team performance through structured training programmes.
Identify and nurture talented students for competitive basketball.
Prepare and coach teams for inter-collegiate tournaments and competitions.
Monitor students’ performance, fitness, discipline, and overall development.
Organize practice matches and assess team performance.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of sports equipment and facilities.
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive sporting setting.
Coordinate with the Sports/Physical Education Department regarding schedules, competitions,



and student participation.
Maintain basic records of training, attendance, and student performance.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Physical Education, Sports, or a related field is preferred.
NIS certification will be an added advantage.
Previous experience as a basketball coach, preferably in a college, university, or sports academy.
Valuable knowledge of basketball techniques, rules, fitness training, and game strategies.
Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per day
