Introduction A Hospital Pharmacist is responsible for the secure and effective management, storage, and dispensing of medicines. The pharmacist works with doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure proper medication use and support quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
Dispense medicines accurately to patients and hospital departments.
Provide patients with instructions on proper medicine use.
Maintain adequate medicine stock and inventory records.
Check and manage expired or damaged medicines.
Ensure medicines are stored under proper conditions.
Maintain records of controlled and restricted medicines.
Coordinate with doctors and nurses regarding medication requirements.
Identify and report medication errors and adverse drug reactions.
Maintain pharmacy registers, records, and documentation.




Ensure compliance with hospital policies and pharmacy regulations.
Support emergency medicine availability and management.
Participate in stock audits and quality-improvement activities.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the pharmacy.
Maintain patient confidentiality and qualified standards.

Qualification
D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
Valid pharmacist registration as required by applicable regulations.
Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
