Location: Pune / As per requirement

Job Overview The OT Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care in the Operation Theatre. The role involves assisting the surgical team, maintaining aseptic techniques, ensuring patient safety, and supporting smooth operation theatre functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the surgical team during procedures and ensure adherence to sterile techniques.
Prepare and maintain the OT environment, instruments, and equipment as per protocol.
Monitor patient vitals and provide peri-operative nursing care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste.
Follow infection control, safety, and emergency protocols.
Assist with preparation of surgical instruments and consumables.
Ensure availability and readiness of OT equipment before procedures.
Work collaboratively with doctors, anaesthetists, and other OT staff.
Maintain proper OT discipline and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Operation Theatre preferred.
Valid Nursing Council registration.




Freshers with relevant OT training may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies
Valuable clinical knowledge and sound judgment.
Knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization, and infection control.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Location & Shift
Location: Kalyan Nagar Benguluru / As per organizational requirement.
Shift: As per hospital operations, including day, evening, and night shifts.
Sunday working: As per hospital/business requirements.

Employment Type
Full time / Part time / Contract, as per requirement.

Support the surgical team for smooth and efficient OT operations.
