We’re hiring for one of our clients in the Fashion / D2C industry!

Are you a performance marketing qualified who knows how to turn ad spends into measurable growth? If you have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & e-commerce, this could be your next opportunity.

Location: GK-2, New Delhi

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month

2nd & 4th Saturday Off

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Industry: D2C / Fashion / Apparel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.

Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM & Conversions.

Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Prepare performance reports and insights using GA4.

Manage and optimize retargeting campaigns to improve conversions and customer acquisition.

Conduct ongoing campaign testing and optimization across audiences, creatives, placements and budgets.

Track campaign ROI and ensure productive utilization of advertising budgets.





Work closely with creative/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.

Coordinate with influencers and track campaign performance and ROI.

Have a basic understanding of Shopify and e-commerce operations.

Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates and best practices.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing & E-commerce.

Solid practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.

Experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns with a focus on ROAS and conversions.

Strong understanding of CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion metrics.

Working knowledge of GA4 and performance reporting.

Basic knowledge of Shopify / D2C e-commerce operations.

Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Experience in D2C / Fashion / Apparel will be highly preferred.

Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
