Payroll Subject Matter Expert who has in-depth knowledge of Functional Payroll Configuration on Oracle Cloud especially on Middle-East Payroll.

Overall more than 15+ years of experience in HCM and minimum 8 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion Payroll Implementation projects, and having worked on at least 3 end to end HCM Cloud Implementation projects
n
Should be able to Design, and solve complex payroll requirements, in Payroll configuration 1) Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll 2) Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll Cost allocation and Accounting distribution 3) Experience designing complex Payroll Flows in Oracle Cloud
n
Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex Payroll solutions with client facing experience and should be able to troubleshoot and solve user issues.
n
Should be able to advise clients on proper usage of Oracle Cloud Payroll.
n
Configuration of Payroll as per requirements of middle-east countries’ legislations
n




Understand Clients requirements & prepare the Function Design Documents for Payroll including Interfaces, Reports
n
Configure Payroll module as per requirements
n
Able to write complex Rapid Formulas for Payroll
n
Should possess strong knowledge on integration between Cloud Payroll & other HCM Modules such as Compensation and Perks, Absence and Time & Labor.
n
Positive understanding of Payroll balance loading and reconciliation
n
Able to model and test Payroll business processing solutions, design, create, update and execute Payroll flows.
n
Good understanding of Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts, data conversion.
n
Perform Payroll Parallel Run Reconciliations
n
Act as a customer advisor on best practices and application awareness.
n
Development of customer-facing Payroll documentation.
n
Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing project workplace
