Role & responsibilities
6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion implementation project experiences.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Quick Formula (Mandatory)
EL Expressions
HCM Design Studio
BI Reports
OTBI
HDL
Simplified Template Creation
HR Extracts
Strong functional knowledge of
Core HR
Performance Management (Mandatory)
Experience in Functional Testing of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Positive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Sprint ceremonies, and Agile delivery practices.
Experience in a client-facing role, including requirement gathering, solution discussions, and stakeholder interactions.

Good to Have (in order of priority)
Azure Cloud Services
Automation Testing




Performance and Load Testing
Scrum Master (SM) experience to support Agile delivery and team coordination.
Understanding of Oracle Fusion Security
