REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
● 14+ years in IT infrastructure/cloud engineering, including 5+ years in a practice, architecture, or technical leadership capacity.
● Deep hands-on expertise across both private cloud (HCI, virtualization, on-prem data center) and public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP — IaaS/PaaS/CaaS).
● Proven track record building reference architectures and reusable accelerators for enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs.
● Solid exposure to DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/ARM/CloudFormation), cloud-native design, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
● Working experience with DR/cyber resilience, backup strategy, FinOps, and landing zone design for global enterprise clients.
● Established hyperscaler relationships (AWS, Microsoft, Google alliance teams) strongly preferred.
● Relevant certifications preferred: AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, or Kubernetes (CKA).
