Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. The role will focus on generating qualified leads, improving campaign performance, managing digital advertising budgets, and supporting business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Generate and optimize qualified real estate leads.
Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI, and campaign performance.
Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
Coordinate with Creative, Sales, and CRM teams.
Prepare campaign reports and identify improvement opportunities.
Manage budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Solid analytical and lead-generation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and CRM.
Real estate experience is preferred.
Ability to work with multiple campaigns and deadlines.
