Establish and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and potential employers.
Facilitate the placement process by matching qualified candidates with potential employers.
Understand both employer and student needs to ensure successful placements.
Arrange campus interviews, recruitment drives, and job fairs.
Provide career guidance to students or candidates, helping them make informed career choices.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions on resume building, interview skills, and soft skills.
Maintain records of placement activities, success rates, and feedback from employers and candidates.
Prepare regular reports on placement performance for review and analysis.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹54,344.76 per month
