Planning & Control Lead — High-Rise Residential PMC

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning and schedule control for large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Develop, monitor and update detailed project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
Track planned vs. actual progress and identify delays, critical activities and schedule risks.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors and consultants to ensure planned activities and project milestones are achieved.
Review contractor schedules, progress reports and recovery plans and follow up on corrective actions.




Prepare regular progress reports and provide project management with transparent updates on schedule performance and key constraints.

Requirements
15+ years of relevant experience in project planning and control, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
Strong experience in high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
Robust site execution and PMC experience.
Hands-on exposure to Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering projects.
Robust understanding of construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and project controls.
Strong communication, coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
