Process Manager – Operations Services
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 4–5 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in BPO / Operations Services.
Minimum 2 years of Team Lead / Supervisor / People Management experience – Mandatory.
Manage teams of 10 employees.
Handle operations, workload allocation, escalations, productivity, quality & SLA performance.
Solid leadership, analytical, communication & problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets.
Healthcare operations / US healthcare / BPO experience preferred.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and interview performance.
