Job Purpose:

Responsible for secure, productive, and quality-focused operation of the epoxy hardener manufacturing plant during the assigned shift, including manpower management, batch production, process control, equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing shift schedule for Shift incharge and Plant operator.
Providing process and safety training.
Process management and co-ordination with quality department for smooth running of process.
Planning for drum, IBC filling.
Plant start-up and shut-down planning as per discussion with top management.
Planning for procuring of raw material and packing materials.
Providing requisition for raw material and packing materials.
Raw material and finished goods stock management.
Stock verification and closing based on physical and SAP quantity




Management of safety and housekeeping in plant and surrounding area
Manpower management
Maintaining and preparing daily & monthly production data and report
Daily production entry and closing in SAP
FG storage planning based on filling requirement

Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or related discipline.
Typically, 8 to 10 years of experience in chemical/process manufacturing, preferably epoxy resin, epoxy hardener, adhesives, coatings, or specialty chemicals.
Experience with batch reactors and chemical manufacturing processes is preferred.
