Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.

Provide empathetic, explicit, and accurate customer support.

nRequirements:

Solid English communication skills (verbal and written);

neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred.

Minimum 12th pass;

Graduation or Diploma is a plus.

Comfortable working night shifts.
