Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Process Associates. The role involves handling e-commerce-related non-voice processes, reviewing product/content information, and ensuring accuracy and quality in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle e-commerce non-voice processes such as product/content-related activities.
Review and validate information for accuracy and completeness.
Perform content writing, data entry, and content review tasks.
Follow process guidelines and maintain attention to detail.
Identify errors or inconsistencies and take appropriate action.




Maintain good quality and accuracy while completing assigned work.
Coordinate with the team when clarification or support is required.

Eligibility
Any graduate can apply.
Freshers are eligible.
Good English communication skills, especially written communication.
Good reading and comprehension ability.
Solid attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in an e-commerce operations environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
