Key Responsibilities
Artwork Adaptation &
Client Approval: Adapt customer-provided artwork into different required sizes and formats, and coordinate with clients to obtain final artwork approvals.
Imposition &
Plate Coordination: Prepare multiple-ups/impositions as per production requirements and coordinate with the plate-making team for timely plate preparation.
Barcode Preparation: Create, verify, and place barcodes accurately on existing customer artwork while ensuring proper size, readability, and positioning.
Die-Line Preparation: Prepare accurate die-lines as per product specifications and coordinate with the die-making vendor/team for die development.
Book &
Catalogue Layout: Prepare and arrange front, back, and internal pages for books, catalogues, brochures, and other multi-page printed materials, ensuring correct sequence and imposition.
Client Coordination &
Visits: Visit clients, when required, to understand job requirements, clarify technical specifications, review samples, and obtain approvals.




Sampling &
Proofing: Prepare physical and digital samples, including printouts/proofs, for client approval and production reference.
Graphic Designing Software: Demonstrate solid working knowledge of relevant graphic designing and prepress software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other industry-standard tools.
Prepress Knowledge: Possess thorough knowledge of the complete prepress process, including artwork checking, colour separation, trapping, imposition, bleed, registration, fonts, image resolution, and print-ready file preparation.
Offset Printing &
Colour Matching: Supervise the offset printing process and ensure that printed output matches the approved artwork, colour proof, or customer-approved sample. Coordinate with the printing team to maintain colour consistency and print quality.
