Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and monitor complete production activities
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Maintain quality standards and process efficiency
Control raw materials and minimize wastage
Coordinate with sales and dispatch for production planning
Monitor performance and maintain production records
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in production/manufacturing
Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control
Positive coordination and problem-solving skills
What We Offer -
Salary: 1.8 Lakh to 2.16 CTC per year
