Role Overview:

nWe are looking for an experienced Plant Manager with solid hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing to lead end-to-end operations of our manufacturing plant.

nKey Responsibilities:

n

n
Lead end-to-end beverage plant operations , production planning and execution.
n
Drive production efficiency, OEE, yield improvement and cost optimization .
n
Oversee Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Warehouse & Dispatch .
n
Lead CAPEX, plant expansion, commissioning and process improvement initiatives.
n
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BIS, GMP, HACCP and other applicable standards.
n
Lead and develop plant teams, ensuring strong people management, productivity and operational discipline .
n
Drive continuous improvement,



operational excellence and achievement of plant KPIs.
n

nKey Requirements:

n

n
10–15 years of total experience with robust Beverage Industry experience – Mandatory.
n
Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Manager / Plant Head in a beverage manufacturing facility.
n
Solid exposure to beverage production, bottling/packaging, utilities and plant operations .
n
Proven experience in managing large plant teams and cross-functional operations.
n
Candidates from Beverage Manufacturing only will be considered.
