WE’RE HIRING | PLANT SUPERVISOR

Neo Cable Industries is looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to join our manufacturing plant in Pali, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day plant & production operations
Ensure production targets, quality & efficiency
Supervise manpower and shift operations
Monitor machinery and coordinate preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot operational issues & minimize downtime
Train staff on processes, safety & SOPs
Maintain production, maintenance & plant performance reports
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
Experience in wire, cable,



electrical or similar manufacturing preferred
Strong team leadership & supervisory skills
Knowledge of plant operations and preventive maintenance
Valuable problem-solving, communication & reporting skills
Robust focus on Safety | Quality | Productivity

Location: Pali, Rajasthan Employment: Contract | In office
