Hands-on experience in HTL, VTL, VMC and HMC machine operations and setting.

Positive knowledge of cutting tools, tool handling and machining processes.

Experience in New Product Development (NPD).

Solid knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).

Shop floor supervision and manpower management.

Expertise in productivity improvement, cycle time optimization and quality control.

Daily production monitoring, reporting and performance analysis.

Operate and set up CNC machines, including HTL, VTL, VMC and HMC.

Handle and manage cutting tools effectively to optimize machining processes.

Lead Recent Product Development (NPD) initiatives and ensure a smooth transition from design to production.

Plan and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

Supervise shop floor activities and manage manpower efficiently.

Monitor productivity and cycle time, implementing continuous improvement measures.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Prepare daily production reports and communicate performance metrics to management

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
