Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee overall project execution for large-scale high-rise residential developments.
Monitor project progress, timelines, construction quality and site execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Review project progress and address execution challenges and site-level issues.
Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications and project requirements.
Drive effective coordination across multiple stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Requirements
25+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
Solid experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
Robust site execution and PMC experience.
Hands-on experience with Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering systems.
Strong understanding of construction project execution and project coordination.
Robust leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
