We are hiring a Process Trainer for an Airtel Inbound process.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training for recent and existing employees.
Explain process, product and customer handling procedures.
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
Conduct refresher training when required.
Maintain training records and reports.
Ensure employees follow process and quality guidelines.
Requirements
1+ year of experience as a Process Trainer.
BPO/Inbound process experience is mandatory.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
