IT Infrastructure & Procurement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure procurement, vendor quotations, negotiations, and PO processing.
Coordinate with vendors for delivery, installation, maintenance, and project completion.
Handle IT asset creation, Asset IDs, tracking, documentation, and invoice processing.
Coordinate with ISPs for ILL, Broadband, MPLS, and other connectivity requirements.
Support branch IT setup, infrastructure rollout, retrofit, and current branch projects.
Install and configure desktops, laptops, network devices, and other IT infrastructure at branch locations.
Provide on-site/remote support for network, firewall, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Coordinate with vendors, branch teams,



and internal IT teams for timely project execution.
Support vendor onboarding and maintain procurement and asset management records.
Willingness to travel to branch locations as required.
