Job Title: QC Engineer – Fresher to 1+ Years

Experience: Fresher to 1+ Year

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Conduct in-process and final inspection of manufactured and job-work components.
Perform dimensional, visual and quality inspections as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Inspect incoming/job-work materials and ensure they meet required quality standards.
Coordinate with vendors regarding quality requirements, drawings, processes and inspection criteria.
Identify and communicate quality issues, deviations and non-conformities.
Prepare and maintaininspection reports and quality documentation.
Coordinate with vendors regarding inspection clearance and dispatch of accepted materials.
Support the Quality Head in handling rejected materials and deviations.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Design and vendors to resolve quality-related issues.
Perform necessary QC/ERP postings for job-work,



brought-out and processed materials.
Use appropriate measuring instruments for dimensional inspection.
Support vendor inspection and quality-related activities.

Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Fresher to 1+ year of experience in Quality Control / Quality Inspection.
Freshers with positive knowledge of engineering drawings, measurement and basic manufacturing processes can apply.
Knowledge of inspection tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc. will be an advantage.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Valuable problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Basic proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
