Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per approved specifications and test methods.
Perform quality testing of products such as Solid Resins, Acrylic Resin Solutions, HPD Resin Solutions, Film Forming Emulsions, Hard & Opaque Emulsions, Colloidal Emulsions, Specialty Emulsions, SMA, SPTR Resins, and Reducing Agents.
Check parameters such as viscosity, solid content, pH, acid value, color, moisture, density, particle size, and other product-specific parameters.
Maintain proper laboratory records, test reports, COA, inspection reports, and other quality-related documentation.
Ensure proper sampling, identification, storage, and traceability of samples.
Identify deviations/non-conformities and coordinate with Production, R&D;, and other departments for corrective actions.




Support investigation of customer complaints and quality-related issues.
Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
Follow laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, and quality control practices.
Maintain positive housekeeping and 5S practices within the laboratory.
Assist in developing/improving testing methods and quality-control procedures.
Ensure timely release of raw materials and finished products based on test results.
Maintain compliance with company quality standards and applicable safety requirements.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
