Responsibilities
Manage daily production activities of the Powder Coating Line and achieve production targets.
Supervise pre-treatment, powder coating, and final inspection processes.
Manage manpower and ensure proper work allocation.
Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and minimize downtime.
Control rejection, rework, material/powder wastage, and improve productivity.
Ensure product quality as per customer specifications.
Identify coating defects and coordinate with the Quality team for corrective actions.
Maintain production and quality records and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Requirements
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
1.5+ years of experience in Automobile Production / Manufacturing.
Supervisory experience with valuable manpower handling skills.
Experience in Powder Coating / Surface Treatment will be preferred.
Knowledge of Quality Inspection, Measuring Instruments, and basic 7 QC Tools.
Positive communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
