We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to join our team in Rajkot.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, managing manpower, maintaining product quality and ensuring production targets are achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and operations.
Manage and coordinate production workers and manpower.
Plan and allocate daily work according to production requirements.
Identify production issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
Maintain daily production records and reports.
Ensure proper safety, cleanliness and discipline on the production floor.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth production.
