Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to support children through screening, early identification of neurodevelopmental concerns, parent counselling, and community-based awareness initiatives across rural and urban areas of Odisha.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological and developmental screening of children to identify developmental and behavioural concerns.
Support the early identification of neurodevelopmental disorders and developmental difficulties in children.
Interact with parents and provide parent counselling, guidance, and appropriate referrals based on the child's needs.
Conduct community-based awareness programs on child development, developmental milestones, behavioural concerns, and early intervention.
Participate in screening and awareness camps conducted in rural and urban areas of Odisha.
Travel to different locations across Odisha as required for community outreach and screening activities.
Maintain accurate records of child screenings, observations, counselling sessions, referrals, and outreach activities.
Coordinate with therapists, healthcare professionals, schools,



and community organisations when required.
Maintain confidentiality and follow child-safety and qualified standards at all times.
Prepare and submit regular reports related to screening, counselling, and community outreach activities.

Requirements
Master's degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or a relevant field.
Experience working with children, particularly children with developmental or behavioural concerns, will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact empathetically with children and parents.
Willingness to travel extensively across rural and urban areas of Odisha.
Ability to conduct awareness sessions and communicate effectively with community groups.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
