Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Hands-on experience in Capital Expenditure (Capex) Procurement.
Solid understanding of the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
Experience in preparing and managing RFQ and RFP processes.
Handling Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating with vendors/suppliers.
Ability to understand, review, and coordinate Technical Specifications for procurement requirements.
Vendor identification, evaluation, commercial negotiation, and vendor management.
Coordinate with technical, finance, project, and business teams throughout the procurement cycle.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery as per project requirements.
Maintain procurement-related documentation, quotations, comparative statements, POs, invoices, and other records.
Experience in Government Tenders / Government Projects / PSU procurement will be an added advantage.
