Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Production Support Engineers to join our Corporate Digital Support team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in L2/L3 production support environments, incident management, troubleshooting, and application support. Candidates must be willing to work from the Chennai office and support night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application and production support for critical business applications.
Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Analyze production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Manage incident, problem, and change management activities following defined ITIL processes.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues.
Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and operational excellence.
Participate in on-call support and night shift activities as required.
Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational reports.




Support system deployments, application maintenance, and release activities.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Application/Production Support projects.
Solid experience in L2/L3 support activities.
Experience handling production incidents, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Knowledge of monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and support processes.
Understanding of incident management, problem management, and change management.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise or Corporate Digital applications.
ITIL knowledge or certification is an added advantage.
Exposure to cloud platforms and modern application architectures is preferred.

Work Requirements
Must be willing to work in night shifts.
Must be willing to work from the Chennai office (Clean Room Setting).
