Role & responsibilities

Head Quality Assurance, Regulatory & Technical Systems Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana Salary: Summary: Responsible for establishing and managing the QA system, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality documentation, and overseeing product quality and release.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the complete QA system.
Lead, supervise and train the QA team.
Approve specifications, BMRs, SOPs and master formulations.
Manage batch release/rejection and quality documentation.
Oversee incoming-material and finished-product testing.
Manage vendor qualification and external laboratory testing.
Ensure FSSAI compliance and label/version control.
Handle complaints, deviations, CAPA and mock recalls.
Maintain retention samples and product traceability.
Review formulation changes from a technical and quality perspective. Qualification &

Experience: Master’s in Pharmacy, Food Technology or relevant field with 3–7 years of relevant QA/Regulatory experience, preferably in nutraceuticals or pharmaceutical manufacturing
