Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Consultant (QMS) with solid expertise in Quality Management Systems, IATF 16949, and core automotive quality tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering onsite consulting, training, mentoring, and implementation support to Omnex clients.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver onsite training programs and on-the-job consulting sessions on Quality and Management Systems.
Mentor and coach client organizations in implementing Omnex methodologies and best-in-class systems.
Provide consulting support in Problem Solving, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, TPM, and related quality methodologies.
Support clients in the preparation and implementation of systems for certification audits.
Conduct training and implementation activities related to IATF 16949 and other applicable quality standards.
Support clients in identifying process gaps and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with client teams to ensure successful deployment and sustainability of Quality Management Systems.
Develop and maintain solid professional relationships with clients.




Collaborate with the Omnex consulting team to deliver projects effectively and within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

Mandatory
Solid knowledge of IATF 16949:2016
Strong understanding of Automotive Quality Management Systems
Knowledge of core quality tools:
APQP
PPAP
SPC
MSA
PFMEA
TPM
Strong consulting, training, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile
Education: Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering
Experience: 10 - 15 years
Industry: Automotive preferred
Languages: English Read & Write; Hindi – Optional
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a consulting team.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
