Job Title: Quantity Surveyor & Planning Engineer
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Role Overview : The QS & Planning Engineer will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, project planning, and monitoring construction activities to ensure timely delivery within allocated resources. The role demands robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in project scheduling and cost control.

Key Responsibilities :-
Quantity Surveying
Prepare BOQs,
cost estimates, and tender documents.
Conduct rate analysis and validate contractor bills.
Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Monitor material consumption and reconcile quantities. Planning & Scheduling
Develop baseline project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.




Track project progress against milestones and update schedules.
Identify delays, risks, and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with site teams for resource allocation and productivity monitoring.

Cost & Budget Control
Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
Support management in value engineering and cost optimization.

Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with consultants, and contractors for project updates.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Ensure documentation of all project-related activities.
