Software Skills: ERP System, AutoCAD (Basic Drawing & Reading Skills), MS Office

Prefer Candidate Location : Mumbai Location only (Near By candidate only)

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD) shared by the design/engineering team for identifying material requirements.
Float enquiries to suppliers, collect quotations, and prepare comparison sheets for approval.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely material delivery.
Evaluate and onboard current vendors as per company standards.
Coordinate with production, design, and stores departments for smooth material flow.
Maintain stock records, GRN entries, and purchase documentation for audits.




Negotiate with vendors for best prices, lead times, and payment terms.
Track and report purchase status, pending orders, and cost-saving measures.
Support development and sourcing of rubber components, moulds, and consumables.
Ensure adherence to companys quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Competencies:
Robust understanding of engineering components and technical drawings.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of material types used in rubber and manufacturing industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD (for reading and basic editing of drawings).
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Team coordination and supplier relationship management.
