Project Operations Coordinator – Backend

Location: Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a Project Operations Coordinator to support our ongoing signage projects from the office. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, materials, production and installation schedules to make sure projects move smoothly and on time.

Freshers are welcome. Women who want to start or restart their career in project coordination and operations are also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Track ongoing projects, stages and deadlines
Coordinate with design, production and installation teams
Follow up with vendors and material suppliers
Maintain job cards and project updates
Track procurement and material requirements
Coordinate installation schedules and worker allocation
Maintain basic reports in Excel / Google Sheets




Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion

Skills We Are Looking For
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Organised and comfortable handling multiple tasks
Good follow-up and time-management skills
Willingness to learn project and production operations
