Role & responsibilities
Competition & Market Intelligence: Track competitors' products, specifications, strategies, and future product roadmaps. Monitor new launches and the introduction of emerging technologies across the industry.
Product Price Positioning: Monitor competitor pricing by gathering verified market evidence, including price circulars and invoices. Develop region-wise Eicher product price matrices to support price positioning, strategic reviews, and price revision exercises.
Market Studies:



Analyze target customer segments and applications to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and value proposition enhancements.
Product Planning Support: Provide strategic inputs on portfolio gaps, current upgrades, and market opportunities based on customer needs and competitive moves. Prepare data-driven supporting documentation utilizing market insights.
Product Training & Benchmarking: Facilitate the successful introduction of current products by actively training field teams, conducting in office competitor benchmarking, and demonstrating Eicher's product superiority to the Sales & Marketing (S&M;) team. Provide technical competitor comparisons to the S&M; team to help develop marketing communications and dealer sales pitch dockets
