Faculty Leadership: Drive recruitment, career development, and performance monitoring.
Research Promotion: Encourage evidence-based studies, clinical trials, and journal publications.
Regulatory Management: Ensure institutional compliance with national and state healthcare education standards.
Student Welfare: Oversee student mentoring, discipline, and community outreach programs
