Roles and Responsibilities :
Project

Planning & Scheduling
Lead execution of EHV substation and underground cable projects.
Develop project schedules using tools like Primavera / MS Project.
Monitor progress and ensure milestone achievement.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.
Monitor critical path and implement corrective actions to avoid delays
Standardize planning templates across projects
Cost Control & Budget Management
Prepare and control project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost baselines
Capex vs budget
Cost variances and earned value metrics (CPI/SPI)
Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead value engineering initiatives
Ensure alignment with Cost Excellence frameworks

Job Requirements :
15–20 years in EPC / Infrastructure projects. Minimum 5+ years in Project Manager roles. Solid experience in EHV/HV (132kV, 220kV, 400kV & above) transmission projects.
Exposure to large-scale EPC project settings
