Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule production based on order confirmations, ensuring timely delivery as per buyer/export timelines
Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments to maintain smooth production flow
Monitor daily/weekly production targets vs. actual output and take corrective action for delays
Prepare and maintain production plans, capacity utilization reports, and order status trackers
Liaise with sourcing/procurement teams to ensure timely availability of fabric, trims, and accessories
Identify bottlenecks in the production pipeline and implement solutions to improve efficiency
Coordinate with quality control to ensure production meets required standards
Manage a team of PPC executives/coordinators and allocate responsibilities effectively
Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management review




Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, delivery schedules, and internal SOPs

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
10–12 years of experience in Production Planning & Control, preferably in textile/garment export manufacturing
Robust understanding of the textile/Home Furnishing production cycle (sampling to shipment)
Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Stitch Software, ERP/production planning software preferred
Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines/orders simultaneously

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
