Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive the product and business - Responsible and accountable to create the roadmap to establish the product range (technical mortars, structural repair & strengthening solutions) among the specifiers, installers and end customers
Identifying the product gaps, launch of products that meet consumers needs, in coordination with NBM to grow the market share
Increasing awareness of the products of Repair Restoration segment in market and within the sales team
Market and competitor analysis, to prepare strategies - Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation. Monitor and report on activities to provide relevant market information
Develop strong relations with key structural repair consultants, large repair contractors/applicators, etc.
Map and maintain project pipeline and identify new business prospects to scale up the segment
Prepare & submit proposals, develop product specifications & submittals for vendor approval for the company, targeting Consultants, Engineers, Repair contractors, Govt. departments, etc.
Provide technical support to clients and facilitate the sales, in coordination with technical services
Support and prepare to submit techno-commercial offers to the clients,



negotiate and secured orders in coordination with regional sales team
Handle the current business and target new customers & segments to generate recent business
Achieve sales, and qualitive targets for product segment
Drive initiatives relevant to the region, coordinating with sales, spec and other product segments
Ensure team on ground is trained and aware of product positioning

Additional Responsibilities:
Monthly & weekly planning /reporting
Sales Forecast and Market Intelligence
Lead an area and ensure delivery of product meeting customer requirements and responsible for customer satisfaction index

Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech. in Civil Engg./ M. Tech.

Structural

Engg.
5 - 12 years of Work Experience in Technical Sales/Business Development role, Strategy execution
He should have worked as Product Manager/Project Sales/ Business Development role for Concrete Repair & Structural Strengthening solutions
Good relationship with key consultants/ Contractors/Applicators and exposure to projects/ institutional sales.
