Prepare daily/weekly production schedules based on raw material availability, order quantities, and export/domestic dispatch deadlines
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw seafood (shrimp, fish, squid, etc.) based on production plan
Monitor yield, wastage, and processing efficiency across lines (peeling, grading, cutting, freezing, packing)
Liaise between production, QC, cold storage, and dispatch teams to avoid bottlenecks
Track work-in-progress and finished goods inventory; reconcile with production reports
Ensure production aligns with buyer specifications and packing requirements
Maintain production MIS/reports (batch-wise output, downtime, rejection %) for management review
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
