Role & responsibilities
Preparation and circulation of Project Schedule as per Project timelines.
Creation of scheduling for engineering (excel), procurement (SAP), manufacturing (BIPO) and shipment (email) for Factory and E1 sales. Release of Purchase list.
Parking all Finished goods to FG.
Co-ordination of Inspection / FAT and in-house commissioning for Factory.
Planning and monitoring shipping plan as per Project Schedule.
Monitoring and controlling of all critical Bought outs as per Project Schedule. plan.
Review with ED for sequential alignment of releasing of TP's as per Project plan.
Utilization of old/ageing items after discussion with all concern departments
