Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist with 4+ years of experience in Google Ads execution, optimization, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have experience handling high-budget accounts and e-commerce brands, with a strong focus on ROAS, conversions, revenue, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
Manage high-budget accounts and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
Handle end-to-end campaign execution including keyword research, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
Analyze search terms and implement negative keywords to improve traffic quality.
Optimize campaigns based on audience, location, device, products,



and performance data.
Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable optimization insights.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Google Ads/PPC experience.
Proven experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns.
Robust hands-on experience with e-commerce brands.
Excellent proficiency in Google Search Ads and Performance Max.
Valuable knowledge of Google Shopping, Display, YouTube, GA4, and GTM.
Robust understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
Strong analytical skills and ability to independently execute and optimize campaigns.
