Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Electrical & Mechanical government projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with government departments, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, BOQs, estimates, and progress reports.
Monitor project execution, quality, cost, timelines, and safety requirements.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with government specifications, IS standards, CPWD/PWD requirements, and project guidelines.
Review drawings, technical documents, work orders, and tender specifications.
Handle billing, measurements, documentation, RA bills, and project approvals.
Identify project risks and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Lead site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
