Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of products manufactured at the unit.
Inspect raw materials, components, fabricated parts, and finished products as per approved specifications and quality standards.
Verify dimensions, measurements, workmanship, welding, fabrication, finishing, and assembly quality using appropriate inspection tools.
Review and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements.
Identify, record, and report quality deviations and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, quality records, material inspection reports, and test reports.
Coordinate with Production, Design, Procurement, Stores,



and Project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor production activities and ensure that quality checks are carried out at the required stages before products are released.
Conduct final inspection and clearance of finished products before dispatch and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain quality standards in the manufacturing unit and support continuous improvement, internal audits, and reduction of rework and rejection.
