Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a Receivables Executive to manage customer accounts, monitor outstanding payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables. The role requires regular customer follow-up, accurate account reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams to maintain healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor customer receivables, invoices, and outstanding balances.
Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for pending payments.
Maintain ageing reports and customer statements.
Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams regarding outstanding payments.
Track overdue accounts and escalate long-pending payments.
Prepare regular receivables and collection reports.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Receivables, Credit Control, or Collections.
Good knowledge of receivables, ageing, reconciliation, and payment follow-up procedures.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
