Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials and components as per specifications.
Conduct regular quality checks during production.
Inspect finished products before packing and dispatch.
Check product dimensions, weight, colour, finish, stitching, printing, assembly, functionality and packaging.
Identify and record defects, rejections and quality deviations.
Segregate rejected/non-conforming products.
Coordinate with Production to resolve quality issues and prevent repeat defects.
Maintain daily QC inspection and rejection reports.
Verify products against approved samples, specifications and customer requirements.
Support investigation and resolution of customer quality complaints.
Ensure only approved products are released for packing and dispatch.
Maintain proper QC documentation and testing records.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
