Job Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspection of CNC/VMC machined components.
Inspect components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
Read and interpret 2D drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and machining specifications.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
Identify dimensional and process-related defects and coordinate with production for corrective action.
Monitor quality during CNC/VMC machining processes.
Conduct First Piece Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality problems.
Maintain rejection, rework,



and customer complaint records.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
Support internal and customer audits when required.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes.
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T;.
Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and basic problem-solving techniques.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
